Do I need any fitness or martial arts experience?
None at all. Our courses are designed for everyday people — all ages, all fitness levels. The emphasis is on awareness and practical skill, not athleticism.
Where exactly is the Liskeard training venue?
We train at 26 Fore Street, Liskeard, Cornwall, PL14 3JB — in the heart of Liskeard town centre with easy parking nearby.
Are courses available for groups or organisations?
